By downloading or using FluentX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

FluentX provides self-paced language-learning activities. Educational content may contain occasional errors and does not guarantee a particular level of fluency or outcome.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account from Profile at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FluentX, bypass access controls, interfere with other learners, scrape or copy content, or use the app unlawfully. Display names shown on leaderboards must not be offensive or impersonate others; we may remove them.

Subscriptions

Premium features are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Apple. See Subscription Information for details on renewal and cancellation.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting FluentX does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Trials and pricing

Any trial length and price shown by Apple at purchase time control your transaction. Prices may vary by region and may change in accordance with App Store rules.

Intellectual property

All lessons, audio, design and branding are owned by FluentX or its licensors.

Availability and disclaimer

We may improve, replace or discontinue features and content. FluentX is provided "as is". We aim for accuracy but cannot promise uninterrupted access or specific learning outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FluentX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Apple

These Terms are between you and FluentX, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
